PWI updates Empty PWI updates

I have found that PW updates are best done maually they are usually quite large and the auto updater server gets bogged down. I open the PWI panel then in the middle towards bottom you will see manual update click and then open, it's a 327mb download took 15 min on a wireless connection. The update installed in less than two min and verified, was online in 18 min. Since online have made a cleric character for the faction, how ever a friend of mine is lvl 70's cleric and has offered to help us on FB's and bosses needed.
